Breathing Exercise to soothe anxiety:
- Inhale through your nose
- Exhale through your mouth
Notice how you are breathing in cool air and exhaling hot “tense” air. Imagine that that hot tense air are all your worries and anxieties.
Practice for about 2 minutes and stop if you feel yourself get whoozy.
